Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various job vacancies.
• Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media to assess their interest and suitability.
• Conduct initial interviews and screenings to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our database.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your recruitment skills and knowledge.
• Stay informed about job market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• No prior recruitment experience is required; a strong desire to learn is a must.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
• Interest in understanding the recruitment process and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Available for a mandatory 3-month fully paid training in Greece.
