Your role:
Our Global Service Desk is part of IT Infrastructure Operations, delivering first-level IT support to our German-speaking colleagues. We focus on meeting their IT needs while ensuring high satisfaction levels aligned with our service agreements. As a Service Desk Agent, you'll be at the forefront of IT support for our German-speaking team members. You'll capture user issues, resolve them using established solutions, or escalate when necessary. Your responsibilities include providing remote assistance through calls, chats, and web support, resolving incidents and service requests based on standard procedures, and managing ticket registration and prioritization in our ITSM tool. You'll follow up on ongoing cases, collaborate with other IT teams to tackle complex issues, and work to minimize disruptions while ensuring top-notch satisfaction. Who You Are:
- Strong communication skills in German and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft standard desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in customer support and troubleshooting is beneficial.
- Background in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Technical Support would be an advantage.
