Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to a corporate client base, troubleshooting and resolving inquiries on our client's online marketing platform.
  • Analyze problems and devise solutions, adapting processes and methods as needed.
  • Understand the business goals of clients, offering timely solutions and maintaining strong customer satisfaction
