German VIP Manager

Working as a VIP manager doesn't suit everyone but for those who enjoy it, it becomes a way of life - and you can earn a really good wage!

We are looking for iGaming industry professionals who love engaging with players and are extremely results oriented. Being a native German speaker is a requirement for this role, and you must have at least 2 years' experience within sales in igaming/fintech, of which one year must be within igaming for the German (DE) market.

Basic salary from 25,400 BGN- 55,000 BGN gross depending on seniority.

Up to 5000 BGN gross monthly KPI related bonuses

= up to 115,000 BGN total annual salary incl bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
• Identify potential VIP clients
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP clients
• Assess and resolve clients' issues
• Meet VIP players for streamed and live events
• Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performance
• Meet or exceed KPI targets
• Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Native-speaker in German, both written and spoken
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A minimum of 2 years experience of working within igaming/fintech, of which 1 year or more in sales.
• 1+ year experience of working with VIP players active on the German (DE) market

About this role

• Office-based in Sofia, Bulgaria (no remote flexibility)
• Up to 55K BGN basic starting salary (gross) = up to 3000 BGN net / month
• Comprehensive KPI-related bonus scheme of up to 5000 BGN gross monthly
• This role is NOT available on a remote or hybrid-remote basis but is FULLY office-based.
