We analyze and develop risk maps in organizations and technology, optimize internal control systems, and conduct internal audits. We are always present where there is a need to regulate corporate processes.
We are looking for: GRC Manager with German
Your future role: - Actively supporting sales processes and Go to Market and Go to Network initiatives, with a focus on building relationships and networking in an international environment.
- Dynamic business development by identifying new opportunities, creating innovative solutions, and co-creating the TechGRC offering in response to changing market needs.
- Managing a portfolio of projects and teams, focusing on efficiency and achieving ambitious business goals.
- Initiating and developing new projects and services in cooperation with PwC DE and other teams within the global PwC network.
- Preparing and presenting offers tailored to individual client needs, using benefit-oriented language and modern sales tools.
- Collaborating with PwC teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize value for clients.
- Co-creating and implementing the TechGRC sales strategy in the Managed Service area, considering the latest market and competitive trends.
- Analyzing business and IT processes in terms of risk, testing control mechanisms, and identifying gaps - as added value for clients.
- Reviewing internal regulations and assessing their compliance with best market practices and regulations.

- Ability to build business relationships, prepare and present offers, and actively support business development,
- Experience managing projects in the area of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance), audit, internal control, or risk in an international environment,
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, both with clients and international teams. Also, you are able to run sales workshops only in German,
- Knowledge about internal control environment and internal audit best practices,
- Higher education (preferred: economics, finance, accounting, management, IT) and highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
