ABOUT THE JOBThis is a hands-on, high-autonomy campaign execution role. You will own AI-powered outbound campaigns end-to-end across two product lines - from identifying and enriching prospects, to building campaign sequences, to driving the one metric that matters most:
meetings booked.
You won't have a manager looking over your shoulder. You will be expected to run independently, iterate fast, and bring in demos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Own and run AI-driven outbound campaigns across two brands simultaneously
- Source, enrich, and segment leads using tools like Clay or equivalent data enrichment platforms
- Build and manage email/outbound sequences via Lemlist or similar tools
- Write campaign messaging that resonates - you craft the copy, not just the workflow
- Manage and maintain CRM data hygiene in Salesforce or HubSpot
- Build workflow automations using Make, Zapier, or similar
- Track campaign performance and optimise toward one core KPI: meetings booked / demos signed up
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- C2 German - non-negotiable. You will be running campaigns in German with minimal oversight. Native or equivalent fluency is required.
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 1-3 years of experience in GTM, outbound campaigns, or a closely related field - OR strong transferable skills from sales ops or a proven track record of using AI tools across multiple systems
- Hands-on experience with AI outbound tools (Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or equivalent) - you have actually run campaigns, not just heard of the tools
- CRM experience - Salesforce or HubSpot, either is fine
- Independent and proactive - comfortable running campaigns with minimal oversight
- Growth mindset - you enjoy testing, iterating, and improving
- Available during CET business hours (location flexible)
NICE TO HAVE- Experience in B2B SaaS or logistics tech
- Familiarity with Make or Zapier for workflow automation
- Background in sales ops or RevOps
