Job DescriptionWe are a company in the Retail sector and with great expression at National and International level. We are looking to hire a HR administrator fluent in German to be part of our EMEA HR team. Frasers Group has extensive plans to expand the business in Europe which will lead to major career development opportunities.Function Description- Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the main responsibilities from the HR Administrator will be:
- Ensure registration, filing and salary processing;
- Elaborate internal reports and for external entities;
- Interface with several external entities, regarding the timely submission of all reports;
- Ensure the recruitment and selection process; support whenever necessary in the process of welcoming new employees;
- Elaboration of Holiday Maps and Annual Training Plan
- Develop and monitor disciplinary procedures
- Support in the implementation and development of specific policies, processes, procedures, in accordance with the Group's HR strategy
- Manage the relationship with the managers of the different areas and provide transversal support to the Human Resources business
- Interaction and cooperation with the different departments whenever necessary.
Qualifications- We are looking for a professional with training in Human Resources, in the Human Resources Function. We value professionals with experience in a multinational environment
- Fluent in German
- Knowledge of Employment Law
- Good knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (namely, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and teamwork skills
- High capacity for planning, organization and initiative Excellent Interpersonal Skills but reserved with an ethical and deontological sense
- Ability to communicate with different hierarchical levels
- Availability to travel
