Job description:

Eviden is seeking young talent to join our team as an HR Advisor Intern. The role supports and provides information to different functions in the organization and works mainly in administration, legislation topics, hiring and termination processes, trainings, etc.

We are offering a 12-month paid internship program.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide support on all administrative processes (change of employment conditions, hirings, terminations, trial periods, etc.)
• Manage and update the employees' data on the various HR tools of the company to make sure they are fully up to date
• Support the registration, follow-up, and closure of specific cases.
• Propose optimization and simplification of the processes leading to faster and better service quality.
• Seek for improvement of your language and process level knowledge.

Job requirements:

• Current student or fresh graduate with Bachelor's or master's degree level education or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar field.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• An organized and diligent approach, with attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to a change in a fast-changing organization.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
