Job Purpose: The HR Services Germany Contact Center is responsible for all payroll relevant requests from our German employees (> 200.000). The employees can contact us via phone or mail. Next to the answering of questions the team also processes several requests (e.g. change of address or bank account). To ensure a good service level for our colleagues within the DHL Group we need contact center agents to answer the requests.
Your tasks: - Information and professional advice for DHL employees in personnel matters, e.g. by asking
- for payroll
- to change the master data
- to certificates
- to child benefit
- for social security etc.
- Master data maintenance in the SAP/HR systems OPEN and OPEN-ICE in compliance with data protection regulations
- Documentation of requests via ticket system
- Answering requests from employees via phone and mail
Your profile: - Advanced English and German
- 1+ years professional experience in administration, HR or custome service
- Problem-solving skills for resolving language data quality issues
- Detail oriented person with good communication skills
