HR Operation Analyst with German

Duties & responsibilities:

• Handle tier 1 (simple) queries and assist with resolving semi-complex or complex queries and transactions related to core HR processes
• Maintain accurate data in the Workday platform, ensuring that employee life cycle events such as promotions, transfers, contract extensions, and other job changes are properly documented
• Communicate and distribute processes, policies, and relevant documentation to employees, guiding them through the query resolution process
• Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards, demonstrating a high level of proficiency
• Conduct quality checks on critical HR transactions processed by the team, following the defined quality framework
• Assist in building and maintaining a knowledge base for case management, ensuring that valuable information is readily accessible

Key skills:

• Fluent proficiency in written and verbal communication in Polish, English, and German
• Preferably, previous professional experience in HR, customer service, or administration within corporate structures
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver on time
• Service-oriented attitude, consistently putting the needs of customers first
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Genuine interest in HR-related topics, with a desire to continuously learn and develop in this area
