Reporting to the Head of Recruiting CE, the
HR Recruiting Assistant supports the team in managing recruitment activities for Germany and helps maintain recruitment reporting and position tracking across Continental Europe.
Key responsibilities- Independently screen and manage incoming applications for roles in Germany
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers to coordinate job postings and recruitment activities
- Maintain an up-to-date overview of open positions across Continental Europe and support in tracking hiring progress
- Keep data accurate and up to date in the HR system (Workday)
- Participate in regular HR team meetings to share updates, insights, and best practices
Key requirements- Previous experience in recruiting or HR administration, preferably in an international company
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented working style
- Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level in German required)
- Confident using MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus
- Team-oriented, communicative, and proactive mindset
