HR Services Administrator (with German)
Your tasks:
- First level support for employees and line managers in HR related inquiries
- Answering internal inquiries
- Responding to inquiries and performing transactions using documented processes and policies (through Inquiry System)
- Escalating issues to second level support or triages inquiries to the appropriate queue
- Inputting basic employee data into the HRIS System database and / or documenting activities as requested
- Generate basic reports and performance measurements
- Reviewing documents and reports related to employee records in HR processes and verifies their accuracy
- Support in various coordinative tasks for HR
- Collaboration and support in various HR processes and process optimizations
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Your profile:
- First experience in similar HR area in an international environment
- Proficient in German and English
- Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking
- Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)
