HR Services Administrator with German

As a HR Service Administrator with German at Honeywell, inPrague, Czech Republic, you will be working with internal & externalcustomers, business leaders and you will be responsible of the timely deliveryof the high-quality customer service in line with Honeywell processes and policies.This position main focus is on the country assigned and will closely co-operatewith the local HRS team and all related departments and also work withdifferent Service Hubs. The HR Service Administrator will be responsible tofulfil wide range of HRS operation related tasks from admin to projectsaccording to the Service Catalog & Service Level Agreement.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Contract preparation
  • On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction, and all necessary arrangements)
  • Exit administration
  • Employee letters
  • Contract modifications
  • Medical and benefits administration
  • Leave administration
  • HRS providers invoice check and necessary administration
  • Support HR related audit
  • Managing HR service requests in CRM according to SLA
  • Answering to employees queries and directs them to the right channel if needed
  • Coordinate and provide data and info to payroll for monthly closing
  • Working closely with other department like Finance, Government Relations, Staffing

Key skills and qualifications
  • High school degree, additional education is a plus
  • Fluent in English and German Language
  • Good PC skills (word, excel, outlook)
  • 1-2 years working experience (HR field experience is advantage)
  • Experience working for Multinationalcompany is an advantage
