We're looking for an Implementation and System Administrator to support our internal systems and help drive digital transformation across the organization.
What you'll be doing:- Configure and maintain internal systems to support new business contracts, partners, and digital solutions.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding activities for external partners, including setting up system access and integrations.
- Implement automation processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Support system-related changes and updates, including testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align system functions with operational requirements.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for system configurations and digital processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across tools and processes.
What you'll bring:- Minimum secondary education
- Czech or Polish language at a native level.
- Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker).
- Good command of English (minimum level B2).
- Strong computer literacy and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible, and reliable approach to work.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows quickly.
- Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to support both internal and external stakeholders.
