At Siemens GBS in Ostrava we're on the lookout for a Application Support who has a structured approach and enjoys communication in English and/or German with customers?

What will be your role?
You will play the key user role in indirect purchasing application called OneSRM and that for particular unit within Siemens company.
Key user has to support and consult the end users from the particular unit in the indirect purchasing relevant topics focused mostly on the OneSRM application itself and on indirect purchasing process.
Part of the key user role is also escalation management, workflow management activities, problem analysis and unit relevant data management to have a smoothly running system.
Key user is also responsible for basic and refresher user trainings and other topics.

- You are business fluent English and know at least basic German
