The teamYou will be joining the Sales & Supply department which consists of around 60 team members. You will be part of a team composed of energetic Account Executives and other Client Success interns working across markets. In the department, we work collaboratively on delivering strategic outcomes for sustainable growth. Additionally, we hold regular team-building events to connect our people together!

Your role and impactYou will be responsible for growing the inventory, the bookings and the revenue within your assigned market(s). The position combines sales and account management tasks related to your portfolio of customers (landlords).
  • Finding new leads through our current lead generation channels and identifying new channels and practices.
  • Acquiring new customers via cold calls to build your own portfolio of customers and properties.
  • Onboard and educate customers on our products and services to maximise and accelerate their success.
  • Maintain and develop mutually beneficial relationships with your existing customers to maximise value and offer a great customer experience.
  • Negotiate with customers to maximise both the value we deliver and the value we capture (grow the account, upselling, etc.)
  • Collect and deliver customer feedback with a data-driven approach focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
  • Train and develop yourself in order to increase your sales performance and maximise your overall impact on the business.

Your profile
  • You speak English on an above-average level and German on a native level.
  • You have strong communication skills and you are not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • You consider yourself results-driven and eager to learn.
  • You are a student or recent graduate
  • You are available on a full-time basis for 6 months.
