Job Description:The opportunityAs a member of the HR Team you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees. You will perform administrative tasks in a wide variety of HR services. You will have the opportunity to experience working at a global company, improve your foreign languages skills and gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in HR tools. We offer paid internship with the possibility to work remotely or from the office - depending on your preference (the office is located in the heart of the city, on Pawia street in Krakow). You can work 20-35 hours per week and the working time is flexible in order to help you start gaining first work experience during your studies. We are open for long-term partnership as well, we are waiting for your application!
How you'll make an impact- Supporting the HR community and employees located in Switzerland and Germany and Austria
- Managing employment documentation, documents archiving
- Responding to inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders concerning HR topics using ServiceNow platform
Your background- You are a university student graduating in 2026 or later
- You have an interest in HR as a function (no previous experience required)
- You're proficient in German and English (at least B2 level)
- You have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word)
- You have good attention details and are able to work flexibly in different tools and in various HR fields
