• You will coordinate "Digital Solution Protection" process requests
• You will prepare required documents for individual process steps
• You will support and further development of Information Security concepts and tools
• You will answer project inquiries
• You will coach external and internal assessors
• You will evaluate and monitor the maturity levels of existing assessment requests
• You will ensure quality & verifiability of submitted security concepts
• You will create reports and KPIs
• You will transfer the risks identified in the context of audits to the ISMS risk management tool
• You will monitor the compliance and progress of created circulation tickets

Qualifications Qualifications Qualifications

• Previous and relevant experience in Project Management, Service Delivery Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Management
• Advanced level of German and English
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop in the ISMS area

Nice-to-have:

• SAFe Project Management certification
• Information Security basic knowledge and related standards (ISO 27001, TISAX)
• Atlassian Confluence & Jira

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in English and German
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
