Responsibilities:- Establishment of and collaboration in a support team (1st & 2nd level) for several applications in the
corporate environment
- Development for web and MS-based software
- General IT support for our employees (software and hardware) incl. on-site support
at our German locations
- Development and implementation of optimizations in the supported processes
- Supporting the IT team in Germany with the introduction and optimization of
digitization processes and other nationwide projects
Requirements:- Completed IT training or a degree in computer science
- Professional experience in the IT sector
- Ideally, you have experience in the customs or logistics sector
- Deep understanding of network and network protocols
- Good to very good knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding of AVD/WVD Azure Terminal applications.
- Office 365 roles
- Understanding of firewall techniques such as Layer 3/4/7 firewalls
- At least 1 programming language
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Willingness to travel within Germany (max. 1-2 times/month)
- Structured and independent way of working as well as holistic thinking
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working with other departments
