IT Support Specialist with German (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Service Desk Level 1 Agent with German (B2+) to join an IT support project delivered by Sii. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for end users, handling incidents and service requests via phone, chat, email, and web channels. Your day-to-day work will include logging tickets, basic technical troubleshooting, aiming for first-contact resolution, and escalating more complex issues when needed.

Your tasks
- Act as the first-line technical support for end users via phone, chat, email, and web channels
- Log, categorize, and resolve incidents and service requests in ticketing systems, ensuring accurate documentation
- Aim for First Contact Resolution by using knowledge bases and standard troubleshooting procedures
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support levels with complete diagnostic information
- Monitor ticket lifecycle, perform follow-ups, and ensure SLA and quality targets are met
Requirements
- At least 6-12 months of experience in IT support, service desk, helpdesk, or a similar technical role
- Very good German language skills (minimum B2 - mandatory), used confidently in daily user support
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard end-user troubleshooting
- Experience working with ticketing systems and handling incidents or service requests
- Knowledge of English at a good level-minimum B2 level
- Availability for full-time hybrid work (3 days per week from the office in Wrocław)
- Residing in Poland required
