Junior AP Coordinator with German, PoznańRole overviewAs an
AP Junior Coordinator, you will work with a great team of professionals to support our accounts payable financial operations. The team's primary mission is to ensure that our suppliers and stakeholders from 14 countries in Western Europe will have a smooth collaboration with Carlsberg Accounts Payable.
What you'll be doing - ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services to manage relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders
- responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders
- resolving issues and ensuring that problems are handled in a timely manner
- supporting the coordination of the work of the BPO provider for the AP Helpdesk
- working on process improvements and when required participating in projects and initiatives
What we're looking for - documented educational background in finance area or equivalent experience
- very good command of English and German (written and spoken)
- being team player and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
- being able to manage communication professionally with stakeholders both from local organizations and from suppliers
- someone who navigates easily in MS Office, especially Excel
