Job Description
Join our dynamically growing international HR Service Team, dedicated to supporting our colleagues across the DACH region. This is your opportunity to grow professionally and gain valuable experience in the exciting and evolving field of Human Resources and Employee Lifecycle Management.
Your contribution to something big:
- Assist in the transition of time and attendance processes by working closely with our colleagues in Germany and providing necessary support
- Provide guidance and information for specific areas of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a customer-focused and quality-oriented approach
- Handle HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners in Germany, ensuring accurate and timely responses
- Manage assigned cases under guidance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Help maintain and update HR process documentation, and identify opportunities for improvement with support from the team
Qualifications
- Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas, fresh-graduates are welcome too
- Personality: You are thorough, self-organized, motivated, detail-oriented and service minded. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Languages:
- Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
- Mid-level English (B1) skills
- Hungarian language knowledge is not required, but an advantage
