Job Description

Join our dynamically growing international HR Service Team, dedicated to supporting our colleagues across the DACH region. Your contribution to something big:

• Assist in the transition of time and attendance processes by working closely with our colleagues in Germany and providing necessary support
• Provide guidance and information for specific areas of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a customer-focused and quality-oriented approach
• Handle HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners in Germany, ensuring accurate and timely responses
• Manage assigned cases under guidance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Help maintain and update HR process documentation, and identify opportunities for improvement with support from the team

Qualifications

• Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas, fresh-graduates are welcome too
• Personality: You are thorough, self-organized, motivated, detail-oriented and service minded. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Languages:
  • Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
  • Mid-level English (B1) skills
  • Hungarian language knowledge is not required, but an advantage
