As a Junior International Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment process. from sourcing candidates to placing them in our clients’ roles. You’ll work closely with both candidates and our clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and human recruitment journey.
This role is ideal if you’re people-oriented, structured, and motivated by results. You’ll develop strong recruitment skills, market knowledge, and commercial understanding, with a clear career path ahead.

Sourcing & Screening: Actively source, screen, and interview candidates across different European markets.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding and professional candidate experience at every stage.
ATS Management: Maintain high ATS hygiene and follow recruitment processes and guidelines.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with our clients to ensure efficient delivery and strong results.
KPIs & Performance: Work toward clear monthly targets, including accepted offers and placements.
Continuous Learning: Develop expertise in recruitment, specific markets, and industries such as BPOs, ITOs, SSCs, and GBSs.
Team Contribution: Actively participate in team meetings and cross-team collaborations.
Interest in Recruitment: A strong motivation to work with people, recruitment, and international markets.
Structured & Driven: Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward KPIs.
Communicative: Confident in interviews and professional communication with candidates and clients.
Team Player: Enjoys collaboration and contributing to a shared team success.
Language Skills: Native German or Dutch speaker with business-level English (essential).
Bonus Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or sales is helpful but not required.
