About your workplaceMiele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.
Your responsibilities:
- handling the operational procurement processes for Miele entities;
- responsibility for comprehensive and on time execution of purchase orders in accordance with agreements and procedures;
- conducting evaluation of suppliers in cooperation with strategic purchaser;
- building suppliers' databases;
- clarifying discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders on commercial terms and liaise with the finance department in this regard;
- improving procurement processes and implementing new solutions and ideas.
Our requirements:
- min. B2 level of German and English language;
- relevant experience dealing with Procurement;
- good MS-Office skills;
- team player able to work in cross cultural team;
- attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
