Job Summary:

We are building out our first ever pre-sales team in Otovo, which means you'll have an opportunity to join a growing team, learn new skills, make an impact and forge a career in one of the fastest growing company in Europe.

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Specialist, to join our European team in Madrid.

You will qualify customers and ensure the presence of all the information needed to carry out business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Pre-Sales Specialist you are responsible for the first contact with the customers (B2C).
• You are the first to contact the B2C leads and gather relevant information for the further sales flow.
• You present the advantages of the Otovo product portfolio clearly and convincingly.
• You identify customer needs and wishes and document them in the system.
• You consistently pursue your goals and always keep an eye on the relevant KPIs.
• You report to the Head of Pre-Sales.

• You are characterized by clear and convincing communication.
• Sales and customer-centric mindset
• You speak one of the langagues French, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian or Swedish at native level and have a good command of English to be able to communicate with your international colleagues.
• Highly organized and able to work both in team and independently
