YOUR TASKS

YOUR PROFILE

• Supervision and administration of purchase requisitions
• Support on preparing tenders
• Assistance in improving purchasing processes by identifying areas for optimization and supporting the implementation of more efficient workflows
• Ongoing support for the Purchase Manager in Germany with daily procurement tasks, supplier communication and process coordination.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of Finance / Purchase / MBA or a comparable field of study
• PC knowledge in the common MS Office programs
• Communication skills as well as a careful and independent working style
• First experience in purchase would be helpful, with attention to details and good analytical skills
• Beginners are also welcome, we offer training on the job
• Very good communication skills in German and English
