L2 IT Service desk Agent with German language (Associate II - Cloud Infrastructure Services)

UST is expanding their IT Support with German+English team in Gdansk!
Shifts: Mon to Fri, with NO 24/7 shifts
Location: UST Gdansk office - onsite 3 days a week
Languages: Fluent in German + English

Technical Support
  • Provide remote first and second level support to our end users within their Workplace environment
  • Be the first point of contact for all request regarding hardware and software
  • Log and manage user incidents received by phone, email, ticket or other channel
  • Provide solutions or workaround to our end users
  • Report problem based on ITIL best practice <
  • Recommend IM&T Services modifications to reduce user impact <
  • Participate to different testing, deployment and stabilisation activities <
  • Contribute in all aspects of continuous improvement <

    Communication < <
  • Ability to provide support using German & English <
  • Update and acknowledge tickets logged by requester's and communicate about resolution progress <
  • Provide basics end-user training or instruction on workplace services <
  • Ensure satisfactory customer service and prompt response times to the requester's
  • Share support knowledge with peers and maintain associated documentation
  • Escalate issues or outages
  • Maintain good working relationships and positively influence others to successfully produce customer satisfaction


What you will bring: < <
  • University degree in IT or equivalent years of experience in IT field <
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in domain of expertise <
  • Fluent in English and German <
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems <
  • General knowledge of IT infrastructure (Lan, WAN, Windows servers, active directory) Good knowledge of IT hardware (PC, Printer, scanner, smartphones etc.) <
  • Basic Knowledge in SAP system (account, print) <
  • ITIL qualification would be appreciated <
    Tool stack includes but not limited to the below :
    • Email and collaboration: Google suite (mail, calendar, contact, Docs, Sheet, Slide) Google drive WEBEX (chat) WEBEX meeting
    • Security : McAffee Encryption Falcon EDR Mobile Iron Mobile Pass Pulse Secure OS: Windows 7 to 10 IOS

    • Android Management tools : ServiceNow (Incident, request CMDB, KB, Quality) LandDesk (for Laptop and Desktop) Avalanche (for RF guns)

    • Hardware: Laptops and Desktops Fix and Mobile Phones Windows and Android Tablets RF guns Laser and Label printers Screen, headset, mouse, keyboard and all accessories linked to Workplace environment Video Rooms (CISCO)
    • Video projectors and presentation screens Application and Software: Microsoft Office Google Chrome Edge SAP (printing and password management) Cusotmer specific business application (basic support)
