Load Compliance Specialist with German

Position Summary:

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Load Compliance Specialist within our growing European Transportation Hub team. Based in our Central European Transportation Hub in Warsaw, this role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of Nestlé's transportation processes, simplifying and standardizing our distribution across Europe. You will focus on domestic deliveries, managing relationships with transport providers while ensuring compliance with contract quantities and service expectations.

A Day in the Life of a Load Compliance Specialist:

As a Load Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring loads are planned in an executable way, securing appointments, and managing the transport execution. Your proactive engagement with various internal and external partners will be crucial to achieving our supply chain objectives.

Main Tasks Include:

• Ensuring that transports of Nestlé products are planned in an efficient way, utilizing Transportation Hub tools and processes to meet service expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, carriers, warehouses, and demand & supply planning.
• Make independent decisions balancing customer needs, warehouse requirements, and carrier capacity, escalating issues when necessary.
• Analyse and eliminate root causes of recurrent problems in collaboration with other departments.
• Control the created transport orders, ensuring a balance between appointment schedules and transit times.
• Act as the transportation point of contact for factories and distribution centers as well as customer service.
• Actively participate in project implementations and contribute to shaping the future of transportation management at Nestlé.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation and/or logistics, preferably in an international or domestic context.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral and written Polish, English and German communication skills.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Highly curious, eager to learn, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BI tools such as Microsoft PowerBI is advantageous.
