PwC Romania's Assurance practice is looking to recruit a Manager with
German within the Broader Assurance Services department. With a consulting mindset, we solve our clients' complex accounting and financial reporting issues around deals or other transformational events. As a Manager you will have a key role in team coordinating and risk assurance or capital markets projects. As a result, this role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to develop your personal and technical skills.
What you will be doingJoining as Manager you can expect to be involved in a variety of interesting and challenging work.
- Supervising your own team and reporting directly to a partner. Providing business advice to a variety of clients;
- Developing or implementing new processes, policies or solutions aimed at ensuring both compliance and operational efficiency;
- Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplies;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and established clients;
- Contribution to business development and the sales process;
- Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes;
- Providing an on-site coordination role for clients including coaching and training of junior staff;
What we need from you- Strong German language skills;
- ACCA/ASPAAS/CECCAR/CIA/CISA - nice to have;
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels;
- Well-developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by strong analytical skills and organizational abilities;
- Strong team working skills, with experience in supervising and developing junior staff;
- A strong desire for continuous improvement and client facing responsibilities;
- Strong previous experience in financial audit, internal audit or consultancy services;
- Previous experience in building and coordinating a large team;
- Proven record of strong project management skills;
