Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient MCI Enablement Engineer to join our security enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering interactive, customer-facing workshops focused on Microsoft security technologies, with an emphasis on data protection, threat mitigation, and endpoint management. You will play a key role in helping customers adopt secure configurations and best practices across their Microsoft environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive security workshops focused on data security, threat protection, and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement security strategies .

• Provide expert guidance to customers on securing their environments through best-practice technical configurations.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies .

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data security and threat protection.

• Relevant Microsoft Security Certifications or willingness to obtain them within six months.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in German and English on professional level.

• Experience with Microsoft security products and services.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards .

• Microsoft SC-300, SC-400 Certification

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2.100 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
