What you'll buildThe Order-to-Cash (O2C) Training & Adoption teams are responsible for SAP-delivered trainings booked via the Training Webshop, covering the full process from registration to invoicing, customer support, rebookings, and collection activities - including the follow-up on overdue training invoices.
Core responsibilities include:
- Processing course and certification registrations for SAP Learning products (back-end & front-end)
- Providing customer support and troubleshooting
- Handling invoicing, cancellations, credit notes, and dispute case management
- Enforcing credit card payments and auto-pay options to accelerate the payment process
- Following up on overdue training invoices and performing collection activities
- Cooperating closely with external and internal customers and stakeholders
- Managing general administrative tasks
- Driving process improvements with a focus on self-service, standardization, and automation
- Leveraging AI, automation tools, macros, and chat bots to enhance operational efficiency
- Supporting the transition to cloud-based products and services
- Preparing for the adoption of additional Cash Collection tasks in the future
