Order Management Specialist with German (Dealers team)
Job Description
Job title:
In this Supply Chain team you act as the point of contact for our customers (distributors in DACH market) and manage orders for Health System products.
Your role:
- Responsible for taking care of end to end ordering process
- Managing orders (checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking, etc)
- Cooperating with other departments (account managers, project managers, product managers)
- Using SAP and German language
- Hybrid model of work (2 days in the office) with the support of an amazing team

You're the right fit if:
- You have experience in fields related to customer service, order management, procurement, supply chain, logistic
- You know German and English on B2 level.
- You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
