Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create and manage advertising budgets ranging from high 5 figures to mid 6 figures
• Develop and implement creative and performance-driven strategies to achieve client objectives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid social marketing

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and German
• Proven experience as a paid social marketer, media buyer, or performance marketer
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising platforms and best practices
• Experience managing ad budgets in the high 5 figure to mid 6 figure range
• Creative and performance-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results
• Ability to work full-time in the CET time zone
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience working in a German advertising agency or similar industry is a plus
