What do you have to offer?

• Hands-on experience in payroll processing
• Practical experience with a commonly used payroll system
• Knowledge of income tax and social security regulations
• Proficiency in standard MS Office tools
• An independent, conscientious, and well-structured working style
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Excellent German language skills
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, are desirable

Which task can you expect?

• Independent and responsible preparation of payrolls (including special cases such as mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, and short-term employees)
• Maintenance of master and transactional data
• Time tracking and handling of certificates
• Preparation of statistics and reports
• Clarification of income tax and social security-related questions
• Acting as a point of contact for assigned clients as well as for various authorities, health insurance providers, and social security institutions
• Execution of year-end processes and responding to related inquiries
