Job Description Summary-To support the development of P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for a small client group, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / services / continuous improvement in scope.
Job DescriptionYour Key Responsibilities: - Respond to employee and manager inquiries on Payroll and Time & Attendance in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when required
- Execute payroll processing activities, including pre- and post-payroll tasks, and manage Time & Attendance data entry, data quality, and implementation of work schedules and shift plans
- Serve as system and process expert; support internal P&O/HR controls to ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and audit readiness
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for defined HR operations areas, providing reliable, consistent guidance
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, data protection regulations, and local legal requirements
- Prepare payroll and time-related reports, as well as HR data analyses for various internal stakeholder groups
- Collaborate closely with the payroll service provider; maintain ongoing communication with authorities and external partners; manage required statutory notifications
- Work in close partnership with local P&O/HR and Finance to ensure smooth end-to-end operational delivery
What you'll bring to the role:- University degree in HR or a related field or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in P&O / HR Operations, ideally covering both Payroll and Time & Attendance
- Expert understanding of payroll processes, time schedules, absences, and shift structures; experience with Austrian payroll is a strong advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Proactive, solution oriented working style with a hands on approach
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office; advanced skills in Excel and Power BI are beneficial
