Payroll Service Manager with German

As a Payroll Service Manager you would be responsible for the overall performance of the Operational team, ensuring that all team members are trained and experienced in delivering services to our clients that are accurate, on time and of the highest quality standards

Key responsibilities:

• Support the associates and specialists on their team to be able to independently process German payroll

• Ensure that German Payroll calendar is followed and understand standard and client specific payroll reports

• Effectively manage and monitor ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines

• Effectively manage and monitor all client SLAs using the appropriate tools

• Manage and Identify deviations from the contractually defined standard scope

• Strong ability to coach, develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback and share business updates as appropriate

Experience:

• Advanced English & German language skills (at least B2 level)

• Good understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment

• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred Payroll certifications

• Experience managing small-medium scale projects

• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

• Academic Degree Education and Training
