We are seeking a PEGA Senior Developer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of a generic application framework with modular extension points. The role involves close collaboration with specialist teams, Product Owners, and architects to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and reusable software solutions built on the PEGA low-code platform.
Important Notes: A 10-day unpaid onboarding period is planned. Willingness to undergo a security clearance (SÜ) is required.

Responsibilities
Analyze and design functional requirements together with specialist teams, POs, and architects
Assess whether requirements can be covered via configuration of existing modules
Develop solution concepts and provide effort estimations
Align solution approaches with stakeholders
Implement solutions in compliance with architectural and development standards
Ensure quality of code, documentation, and test execution
Guarantee maintainability, configurability, reusability, and stability
Perform bug fixing and module maintenance
Create and maintain documentation for the line team
Maintain and further develop implemented funding modules
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience with PEGA low-code platform, including platform architecture, modularization, and development of generic applications with extension points
Experience designing configurable, reusable modules within generic mediation/consulting processes (including application intake flows)
2+ years of experience in quality assurance, ensuring compliance with architectural standards (ISO/IEC 9126 focus on maintainability, configurability, reusability, stability)
2+ years of experience in UX design, working with PEGA Constellation and accessibility standards
2+ years of experience in test automation for PEGA components
Hands-on experience with PEGA Deployment Manager for CI/CD
NATIVE OR FLUENT IN GERMAN
