As our new People Assistant for DACH, you'll be here to welcome all new starters on their first day, ensure their personnel files and documents are up to date and support Head of People and our People Managers.
Supporting primarily our Munich office and German employees, you will be responsible for creating contracts, monitoring all employee related data, keeping our HR system updated and day to day management of the HR mailbox and tickets. You'll work closely with the international HR, Payroll and Recruitment teams to build strong working relationships and ensure process consistency and governance is maintained.

This role can be based in Katowice but will require regular travel to our Munich office to help with onboarding twice a month. The internal job title is People Assistant.

Please also upload your resume in English, thanks!As our new People Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to: - First point of contact for all general employment related queries
- Own the HR administration for German employees, such as employment contracts, supplemental agreements, references and many more
- Support monthly payroll and collaborate with our external payroll provider & internal payroll team to ensure a smooth payrun
- Update our HR database (Oracle) with changes to personal and employment data
- Have ownership for onboarding and off-boarding our employees ensuring our employees get the best experience during their time with us
- Support on secondment, relocation documentation and Visa applications
- Raise and monitor PO's for HR related invoices
- Support other business requests and HR projects as necessary
You'll have: - Initial experience working in HR or in a comparable role, at least internships or apprenticeship
- Proficiency in German and very good level of English, allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
- Knowledge of German employment law will be a great advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentially and establish trust and credibility whilst acting with complete integrity
