About the Role: We are excited to invite you to join our newly established HUB in Budapest! As a Performance and Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our HR Services Center, a DHL Shared Service Center. This role requires excellent German language skills, as you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Together with your team, you will design and implement KPIs, provide data analyses and dashboards, and support strategic decision-making. Your work will enhance productivity, quality, and planning for HR units globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HR Services.
- Provide standard and ad hoc analyses, as well as dashboards, for CEOs and regional stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze productivity and quality performance, identifying and coordinating improvement measures.
- Support the HR Services team in strategic planning and development of HR units by preparing and analyzing key metrics (e.g., volumes, headcount, budgets).
- Participate in the preparation and facilitation of workshops for senior leadership.
- Participate in the annual budget process alongside the Controlling team.
- Support the team in complex problem solving, requiring innovative thinking and effective solutions.
Key Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Performance Management or Controlling, where you’ve made a real impact.
- Profound knowledge of workflow analysis and process optimization: Ability to apply methods for analyzing and improving work processes (e.g., Six Sigma), conducting time studies, and designing efficient workflows to enhance productivity.
- Expert in working with data analysis and reporting tools such as MS Excel and Tableau.
- Fluent in German (at least C1 level); English is a big plus.
- Dedicated team player with a strong service mindset, always striving to put the customer first.
