Portfolio Management Oversight - Senior Specialist with German

Your role

As an Senior Specialist in the Portfolio Management Oversight team, you will support the Management Company in a variety of activities that could include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the management and review of the Fund Contracts, Asset Manager Delegation Agreements
• Supporting the monitoring of investment restrictions
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across different jurisdictions
• Contributing to regulatory and compliance projects
• Participating in the ongoing improvement of oversight processes
• Overseeing and monitoring Portfolio Managers and their related activities (i.e. Due Diligence process)
• Assisting with the implementation of regulatory changes and new business initiatives

Your team

You will be part of the Portfolio Management Oversight team, working closely with experienced professionals dedicated to supporting the Management Company's oversight activities. The team collaborates with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, including Luxembourg, Switzerland and partners with various internal and external stakeholders. You will report directly to a local Team Lead and contribute to a dynamic, international environment focused on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and high standards of service quality.

Your expertise

• 5-7 years of experience in the investment fund industry, ideally within fund compliance, oversight, or a management company environment
• Strong knowledge investment fund documentation including regulatory framework
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Fluent in English and German. Other languages will be an asset.
• Positive, proactive attitude and adaptability to changing business needs
