Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive PMO and Ticket Management Specialist to join our team, focusing on cross-sectional topics such as security, safety, networking, diagnostics, and GOB & ORU within the E³ 1.2 framework. The ideal candidate will manage the lifecycle of KPM tickets, facilitate cross-sectional meetings, and ensure the smooth execution of related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Creation and Management of KPM Ticket List:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of KPM tickets for relevant cross-sectional topics.
  • Apply relevant ticket filters and manage ticket tooling effectively.
  • Ensure accurate data implementation for status feedback and updates on all relevant tickets.

Meeting Organization and Facilitation:
  • Organize, prepare, and execute cross-sectional meetings, including defining and distributing the agenda and participant list.
  • Moderate and document the meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Track and manage tasks defined during the meetings, ensuring timely completion.

Task and Ticket Tracking:
  • Utilize Jira to track all tasks and tickets, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports on ticket progress and task completion.

Mandatory Skillset:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent German for effective meeting participation, ticket handling, and email communication.
  • Technical Tools Proficiency: Experienced with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.

Optional Skillset:
  • Automotive Processes Familiarity: Initial exposure to automotive processes for error management.
  • Technical Knowledge: High-level understanding of automotive E3 1.2 architecture and related technologies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PMO and ticket management roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
