Hiring for A Multinational Company that is specialized in Digital Transformation, Security Transformation & IT Transformation located in Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities:
• Manage high level complexity projects or programs
• Coordinate project plans by monitoring schedules and ensuring quality in all deliveries
• Be the primary point of contact on the project with the customer
• Work with the Sales team to understand the services sold and the customer requirements
• Handle a variety of customer issues through multiple communication channels
• Lead your project team to successful completion of the project
• Ensure quality and performance measurements are met and provide feedback to management
• Guarantee the successful completion of required achievements and system-based project closure
• Manage escalations and deal with management and executives to resolve issues
• Mentor newly hired PMs until they are ready to solo
• Act as advisor to the team
• Deal with changing and complex product and solution environment
• Mobilize resources to remediate critical situations
• Have an executive presence
Requirements- Ability to communicate clearly and handle more than one project simultaneously
- Customer service skills and a customer-first approach
- Technical affinity
- Capability to manage and prioritize time and resources to meet project requirements
- Problem solving skills
- Risk mitigation and escalation management
- PMP certificate preferrable
- 8+ years of experience in project management .
- Fluency in English an German
