Project Manager with German
The responsibilities of a Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project;
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
- Define project tasks and/or work packages;
- Develop full scale project plans;
- Assemble and coordinate project staff;
- Manage project budget;
- Manage project resource allocation;
- Plan and schedule project timelines;
- Manage and analyze risks and issues and provide mitigation plan for them;
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
- Provide direction and support to project team;
- Manage stakeholders;
- Quality assurance;
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
- Drive, monitor and report progress of project;
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project milestones;
- Drive and implement lessons learned at the end of the project.
Desired Profile:
- Education: Qualification in project management or equivalent;
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project management, customer/management experience, contract management, sales process, strategic planning, risk & opportunity management, change management;
- Stakeholder management skills performing activities both internal and external with upper management focus;
- IT Background (technical knowledge) is a plus;
- Corporate understanding;
- Deep understanding of English and German (spoken and written).
