Real Estate Portfolio Analyst With German

About the Role:

Real Estate Portfolio Analyst is a key position in any Portfolio Services Lease Admin Team, supporting lease administration process throughout entire it's life-cycle. A candidate will cooperate with internal and external stakeholders in providing industry-leading, quality service to our clients - responding to their business needs and having a significant contribution to their success. A candidate will report directly to Portfolio Services Data Management Team Leader.

What You'll Do:

• Lease documentation analysis based on defined abstraction standard
• Client's database management: performing updates and data validation
• Reporting management and support
• Troubleshooting and support coordination

What You'll Need:

• Fluent English and German
• Previous experience in lease administration / database management / real estate is required
• Strong analytical skills, commitment to quality, orientation to details
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Proactive approach with Client and strong improvement focus
• Team player and fast learner

A candidate as part of his/her senior role in the Team will be expected to:

• Work independently and show initiative
• Be present at meetings with clients and other stakeholders and to actively contribute
• Oversee cooperation between Data Management and Finance Teams supporting the same client
• Take part in additional projects with a key objective of delivering an enhanced product to the Client
• Cooperate with the Audit Team (both CBRE Audit and Client Audit) during periodic data quality and completeness audits and on an ongoing basis
• Demonstrate expertise in lease administration, being able to advice and support junior colleagues
