OverviewAs a key member of our dynamic HR team, the Recruiter will lead the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and streamline the hiring process.
Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Job Postings: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels and initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications- Fluency in German & English is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
