About the Job

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will provide expert-level consulting, lead complex implementations, and actively shape the digital transformation journey of our customers. Your work will directly contribute to long-term client success and internal knowledge growth.

Your Tasks

• Provide strategic consulting to clients and design custom Salesforce solutions based on business process analysis
• Independently implement complex Salesforce systems from scoping to go-live
• Conduct workshops and translate client needs into actionable user stories and epics
• Ensure delivery meets timeline, budget, and quality expectations
• Identify opportunities for client growth (up-/cross-selling) and contribute to lasting relationships
• Conduct user training and share knowledge with internal teams

Your Experience

• Extensive experience in Salesforce consulting and hands-on project delivery
• Practical experience and certifications in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Fluent in German and strong proficiency in English
