IT support services for several system landscapes inside the organization with the focus on SAP User and Authorization Management, as well as Application Support.
Your new role
• Support and further development of SAP system landscapes and batch operations
• Administration of SAP application(s) - frontend/backend customization
• SAP user account control and authorization management
• Conception, implementation and controlling of quality assurance measures
• Examination and control of existing authorization structures
• Process, sequence, and evaluation optimization
• Analyzing the weaknesses and problems and finding the appropriate solutions
• Ensuring operational security for authorizations and data
• Support and advise department specialists
• 2nd- and 3rd- Level-Support
• Continuous improvement of SAP service operations
• Working with ticketing systems, processing of incidents, service requests and change requests.
Your qualifications
• Completed studies in business administration, computer science, business informatics or comparable training / qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in the SAP environment represents a plus
• Language skills: German (advanced) and English (advanced)
