SECURITY AWARENESS SPECIALIST with German and English knowledge (REF2295E)

As part of the Telekom Security team, it is your task to convince internal and external customers to use the security awareness products and to motivate them to actively participate in awareness events in innovative and unusual ways.

Job Description
- Assumption of service management tasks for awareness measures and ensuring the service level agreement for internal and external customers
- Support in the preparation and implementation of internal security issues that are important for the security officers of the units
- Planning, organizing and executing awareness campaigns and events (on-site, online or hybrid) for internal and external clients
- Support in the planning and implementation of target group-specific marketing measures for security awareness activities.
- Orchestrating corporate-wide security campaigns
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of practical experience in IT service management
- In addition to analytical skills and a sensitive demeanor towards other people, you also have proven experience in internal communication
- You are familiar with Cloud architecture, microservices, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- In addition to very good English skills (C-Level), you can also communicate well in German (at least B2-Level)
- You think and act in a team-oriented, holistically forward-looking manner and it is common for you to work with agile methods in an internationally distributed team environment
