In Accounts Receivable Team we are providing services to our customers to ensure smooth End-to-End process, where the customer is the most important part of it! We are a group of people who work together toward a common goal, creating positive atmosphere and supporting each other.
What will you be doing? - Manage customer accounts, resolve unallocated & unapplied payments, confirm customer's statements
- Support cash application activities
- Issue sundry business invoices
- Posting bad debts
- Run MEC &YEC activities
- Handle customers disputes, communication with the customer via phone & email
- Perform internal controls on a monthly basis
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality and productivity of performed tasks
What are we looking for? - At least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related areas
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Experience in multi-currency environment is preferred
- Working experience within a (captive or outsourced) SSC/BPO would be an advantage
- Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
- SAP knowledge
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Language skills:
- Internal corporate language: English B2 level required
- Working with customers: German B2 level required
