We are looking for
Senior AR Accountant with German to join our Poznań office.
Your future team: As part of our team, you will be working hand to hand with our Local business units and with our customers across the Germany and Austria on which your experiences and talents on communication, negotiation skills and your financial skills will support and enhance the collection efforts.
You can work on a variety of assignments with a high level of responsibility - that will include among others reporting and analyzing customers payment behaviors and ensuring its invoices are paid on time.
What you will be doingIn this position you will be responsible for:
- Dunning, collection, open item and overdue management according to our KPI
- Responding to customers inquiries relating to payments or invoices
- Extracting and preparing overdue reports as per request and ensure accuracy
- Participating in month end closing related activities and taking responsibility for ensuring all activities are completed.
- Close collaboration with other AR departments - Credit and /or Payment allocation teams to coordinate information about for customer's payment behavior and potential delays on the payments - incl bankruptcy information.
- Compiling with internal policies, SLA and external legislation.
- Supporting the internal and external Audits - incl. Collecting the documentation, reviewing and validating them, keeping always the direct contact with different functions within our organization.
- Acting as a flexible back up and supporting other collections teams when needed.
- Providing problem-solving support, advice and guidance to internal customers that is professional, responsive, and assumes responsibility for conclusion.
- Building a relationship with the key stakeholders, be a focal point of contact.
- Participating in projects, system testing and preparation of data documentation within area of responsibility. Analyzing scenarios/data/issues
What you bring - University Degree
- Extensive Dunning and Collection experiences with the German speaking markets.
- Customer Services experiences working with German languages is consider as a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP will be beneficial, User of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Besides English you will bring fluent in German language as a must (Reading, speaking and Understanding).
