As a Senior Consultant, you will work on transformational projects for clients in the financial sector, especially banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.About your manager Adam Kele is a consulting professional with almost 15 years of experience, usually acting as a Delivery manager for complex transformation projects. He has proven track record of core system replacement, managing both local technology teams and several offshore/onshore 3rd parties.
He likes to combine both IT and business perspective. From strategic program management and decision making to hands-on problems solving and always keeps business needs in mind.
Job description & summary As a
Senior Business Analyst, you will take a key role in the analysis, design, coordination, and delivery of digital and technology-enabled transformation projects.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and IT teams, translating complex business needs into clear, structured requirements and solution designs. In addition to hands-on analytical work, you will actively contribute to delivery planning, project governance, and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid environments.
You are expected to take ownership of workstreams, support decision-making, and contribute to successful project outcomes while gradually growing into broader leadership responsibilities.
Requirements of the role - Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a comparable field; interdisciplinary backgrounds (business combined with technology, digital transformation, analytics, management, or communication) are welcome
- 3+ years of professional experience gained in consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation initiatives, with exposure to banking, insurance, or other regulated industries, either in functional or project-based roles
- Proven experience in delivery-oriented roles, including Business Analyst positions, project governance or agile transformation initiatives, product or service coordination, and consulting roles with strong stakeholder interaction across business and IT
- Strong experience in stakeholder-facing roles, with confidence in working across business and IT teams at different seniority levels
- Solid understanding of, or strong interest in, technology-enabled solutions supporting efficiency and business transformation
- Interest in working with topics such as business and data analytics, automation (e.g. RPA), agile delivery, software development lifecycle, digital platforms, and IT-supported business processes
- Experience or exposure to project delivery, governance, or transformation initiatives is a strong advantage
- Ability to analyze, structure, and simplify complex topics and translate them into actionable outcomes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in international and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and German (C1 level) is required
- Proactive, responsible working style with willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
- High motivation to continuously develop professional skills and gradually grow into more complex responsibilities
